Abstract
⺠MOA2 is the first space propulsion concept with a solid terrestrial application portfolio. ⺠MOA2 is a pulsed plasma accelerator, which uses a highly effective magneto-acoustic coupling. ⺠MOA2 is highly tuneable in terms of thrust/mass flow, plasma beam energy/ISP and power consumption. ⺠MOA2 can fire all sorts of particles onto every possible target at target temperatures of 70-100 °C. ⺠MOA2 performs in a corrosion-free, flexible and highly effective way at ambient pressure of 16 Pa.
