Abstract
The fast solar sailing theory has been applied for the first time to a many-target two-spacecraft sailcraft mission concept with maximum lightness number significantly >1. The farthest target is the solar gravitational lens zone. 550Â AU are reached by the escaping sailcraft 17.5 years after the departure from the Earth-Moon system. Nanotechnology is required for the sail system envisaged for this type of interstellar precursor mission.
