Human space exploration beyond the international space station: Role of relations of human, machine and the “Earth”

This paper discusses the role of human being in space, his/her functions and responsibility during space flights beyond the Earth orbit. The relationship of the “Human”, “Machine” and the “Earth” as basic elements of the control and decision-making loop is analyzed to provide maximum efficiency of such complex system.
