Abstract
⺠We use GIS to examine local climate change actions in California, Oregon, and Washington states. âºA theoretical model was developed to understand locally driven climate change policy efforts. ⺠Local climate change actions show geographic clusters and variations across the Pacific jurisdictions. ⺠Local climate change actions were influenced by coastal proximity, population density, vehicles emission, and education.
