Abstract
⺠Developed a numerical wave dynamic force model with VOF method. ⺠The model is satisfactorily tested against experimental data. ⺠Investigating wave-current forces acting on a near-surface horizontal cylinder. ⺠Wave-current forces are found larger than simple summations of individual forces. ⺠Time series of dynamic forces are provided.
