Abstract
⺠Frequency and time domain analysis of tight moored floating point absorber. ⺠Analysis on the nonlinear motion dynamics introduced by the mooring system. ⺠Nonlinear behaviour from relationship between cable tension and buoy displacements. ⺠Frequency domain gives for linear PTO good approximation except surge amplitude. ⺠For nonlinear systems, important to account for nonlinearities, for motion and power.
