Abstract
► Newly provided tally by the MCNP5.1.60 to calculate the point reactor kinetics equation parameters is utilized. ► Dynamic response of a large scale 13 × 13 annular fuel assembly 1000 MWe PWR to reactivity excursion is studied. ► Analytical solution of the point reactor kinetics equations with temperature feedback is provided.
