Abstract
⺠A decision to deploy CCS should be based on knowledge of overall costs and benefits. ⺠We identify seven key issues to ensure that life-cycle assessment of CCS is robust. ⺠LCA should describe the system-wide environmental implications of CCS at scale. ⺠Analysis at the level of individual power plants is necessary but insufficient.
