Abstract
⺠Ferrous picrate based homogeneous combustion catalyst has been shown to improve diesel engine efficiency. ⺠The brake specific fuel consumption is reduced by up to 2.7% with the application of the catalyst. ⺠The smoke emission is reduced by up to 26.2% with the application of the catalyst.
