Abstract

âº N doping to TiO2 depends on preparation conditions and nitrogen source nature. âº Most effective N-doping occurs by alcohol amines under MW_90Â Â°C condition. âº Alkyl chain length of amine does not have an effect on the dopping process. âº N electrically dopes TiO2 and increases its conductivity.
