Abstract
We describe flexible optimization models for the production and distribution of liquefied atmospheric gases. A simulation engine that interacts with the optimization models is used to test the effectiveness of the models in the presence of uncertainty in customer demand and product availability. The paper concludes with a case study using data from Air Products.
