Abstract
⺠Am-241 in water solutions (A = 0.16-6.7 kBq/L) suppresses bacterial growth.⺠Am-241 (A = 0.16-6.7 kBq/L) stimulate bacterial luminescence. ⺠Peroxides, secondary radiolysis products, cause increase of bacterial luminescence.
