Abstract
⺠The EICGA performs very well and is comparative to traditional GA. ⺠The comparative performance of EICGA shows that the algorithm is quiet promising. ⺠It is found that hybrid mutation causes improvement of escape from local optimal values. ⺠All fitness values of EICGA program are close to optimal value.
