Abstract
⺠In this work is evaluated the environmental performance of lime production in Cuba. ⺠The calcination stage is the most impacting step of the production process. ⺠Inputs of fuel, electricity and limestone strongly influences the process impacts. ⺠The study establishes a benchmark to improve the process performance in Cuba.
