Abstract
⺠ICA allows to independently extract source signals from mixture signals. ⺠Whitening step in ICA equivalent to first principal component transformation in MAF. ⺠The factors produced by ICA are independent and non-Gaussian. ⺠Independent components approximately orthogonal at any distance.
