Abstract
⺠The Balingian Coal from Sarawak, Malaysia, is highly enriched in As, Pb and Sb. ⺠They are both organically associated and are bound with clay minerals in the coal. ⺠These elements vaporized and released into the atmosphere during coal combustion. ⺠The enrichment may be related to the nearby Sb-As mineralization.
