Abstract
⺠Reconstruction of geological evolution of the northern part of the Vienna Basin in the Czech Republic. ⺠Study of the relationship between the sedimentary and tectonic evolution of the researched area during the Late Miocene. ⺠Discussion of how the spatial distribution of lignite parameters relates to the geological history of their area of origin.
