Abstract
⺠In this study we investigate the adequacy of different Equations of State of two gas mixtures. ⺠In order to validate the Equations of State experiments with manometric set up using empty cells have been runned. ⺠For a mixture rich in helium the Mc Carty Equations of State is sufficiently accurate to compute density values. ⺠We find also that for a CO2 rich mixture none of the investigated Equations of State can be applied. ⺠We therefore suggest an alternative experimental method in order to obtain accurate density values from our measurements.
