Abstract
⺠We extend the population balance approach for foam to fractured media. ⺠The underlying foam flow physics are similar in fractured and unfractured media. ⺠In fractured media, it is more difficult to attain the limiting capillary pressure for foam. ⺠Incorporating the role of bubble curvature on foam effective viscosity is needed.
