Abstract
⺠We developed a simple and fast transient model for two-phase flow in pipes. ⺠Developed model is based on local equilibrium using the drift flux model as closure relationship. ⺠We proposed a modified pressure gradient model to extend model applicability. ⺠Simple tune up methodology for drift flux correlation is proposed for complex conditions. ⺠Developed model is tested against available experimental data showing fair agreements.
