Abstract
⺠Indigenous microorganisms in Block Zhan-3 were activated successfully in laboratory. ⺠We perform the physical simulation experiments of indigenous microbial flooding. ⺠A reliable mathematical model of IMEOR was established. ⺠An optimal program of IMEOR for Block Zhan-3 was proposed. ⺠IMEOR can achieve better effect of water reduction and enhanced oil recovery.
