Abstract
⺠There is great potential for unconventional resources in basins of Turkey. ⺠Silurian hot shales in MENA region are world-class source rocks. ⺠There are about 60 wells penetrated Silurian hot shales in the southeast of Turkey. ⺠All core & cuttings from SE Turkey are analysed for geochemical properties. ⺠This is the only and first article about the unconventional potential of Turkey.
