Abstract
► The particle size and interactions of micron-sized particles were analyzed. ► We developed a novel ultrasound technique based on the scattering phase. ► Collective particle motion in suspensions was visualized by the technique. ► Increasing the concentration decreased the size of time-dependent particle-blobs.
