Abstract
⺠Developed a brass-PZT square tube ultrasonic motor. ⺠The motor requires only one driving signal. ⺠Generating standing wave for bi-directional rotation. ⺠Performance: no-load speed 1000 RPM, stall torque 370 μNm and maximum output power 16 mW.
