Abstract
⺠We present 2D-spatial maps of venusian CO distribution. ⺠A general trend of increased CO abundances at 60° latitude is found, in line with previous reports. ⺠Significant changes are seen in distribution maps over long periods. ⺠The spectrum is modeled to reveal the altitude of CO variation. ⺠Excess CO occurs at around 45 km, not 35 km as previously assumed.
