Abstract
⺠We describe simultaneous observations of the OH and the O2 Venus nightglow. ⺠Limb spectral images show that the two emissions are spatially well correlated. ⺠The intensity ratio of the two emissions is quite variable. ⺠We suggest that atomic oxygen is a common precursor to both emissions.
