Abstract
⺠We catalog and measure craters with complex and peak-ring morphologies on the Moon. ⺠The lunar trends in peak-ring and rim-crest diameters are similar to those on Mercury. ⺠Transitions in morphology are plausibly a function of changing melt volumes and depths of melting. ⺠Planetary parameters, gravity and mean impactor velocity, influence the final crater interior morphology.
