Abstract
⺠Use near-infrared spectra for evidence of minerals indicative of paleolakes. ⺠CRISM data yield hydrated/hydroxylated minerals in two putative martian paleolakes. ⺠Spatial distributions suggest hydrated/hydroxylated mineral formations differ. ⺠Neither site requires the presence of a paleolake.
