Abstract
⺠We run TitanWRF without sub-grid-scale horizontal diffusion. ⺠We find that our simulations produce roughly the observed superrotation on Titan. ⺠We show that it is generated during episodic angular momentum 'transfer events.' ⺠We suggest that these events are produced by barotropic waves. ⺠We identify the dominant waves responsible at selected times.
