Abstract
► We investigate infrasound signatures in mesopause temperature time series. ► Data is obtained by 4 different airglow instruments at 3 sites during 40 months. ► Signatures with certain period peaks are observed between 3 and 5 min. ► The observed peaks and uncertainties exceed an average period distribution. ► Acoustic resonance is given as a potential explanation of these observations.
