Abstract
⺠The properties of solar wind flows at large distances from the Sun were studied. ⺠A method for determining the parameters of solar wind flows was proposed. ⺠The method is based on formulas obtained by Feynman path-integral technique. ⺠Parameters of solar wind flows in different phases of solar cycles were defined.
