Abstract
⺠Pitch-angles of electrons in the DMC are not consistent with magnetospheric source. ⺠High-energy particle fluxes dropped as a function of distance from the DMC. ⺠Particles can gain energy up to 40 keV in reconnection 'quasi' potential.
