Abstract
âºThree-spacecraft observations and analysis of a complex interaction between a magnetic cloud (MC) and a corotating interaction region (CIR). âºA MC cloud consisting of two flux ropes and distorted by the interaction with the CIR. âºForce-free and Grad Shafranov modeling challenge the classic picture of a MC as a large-scale, bent coherent flux tube. âºAn element of the geomagnetic response consists of a double-dip magnetic storm.
