Abstract
⺠The equatorial ionosphere responses to two intense magnetic storms are investigated. ⺠The equatorial anomaly disturbed features, disturbed electric field and meridional winds at different storms phases are studied. ⺠The results show an unusual early morning development of the EIA during both the magnetic storms. ⺠Disturbed wind dynamo electric field produces significant modification in the F region. ⺠Significant oscillations in the meridional wind towards the end of the intense magnetic activity.
