Abstract
												We briefly review data on observations of the Sun, interplanetary medium, and magnetosphere, obtained by participants of the “Solar Extreme Events in 2004 (SEE'04)” collaboration before and during one of the strongest (4th in the 23rd solar cycle) magnetic storm of November 08, 2004 with Dst=-373nT.
