Abstract
► The interaction of fragmented AGN jets with galactic haloes is studied. ► The lensing of jet radiation by halo masses is negligible. ► Jet widens as its plasma fragments are deflected by gravitation of subhaloes. ► Gravitational scattering results in specific profiles of jet radiation.
