Abstract
In the present paper we have investigated the short and intermediate term periodicities of galactic cosmic rays intensity recorded by Oulu neutron monitor station during the period 1996–2008, covering the entire solar cycle 23. To study the temporal behavior of the observed periodicities, we have used the wavelet technique. The study exhibits a number of short and intermediate term periodicities present between 16 and 500 days in different phases of this cycle. Possible explanations of the observed periodicities were delivered with the help of the previous results.
