Abstract
The photoconductivity of titanium oxide phthalocyanine (TiOPc) as the charge generation material (CGM) has been studied in bilayer photoreceptor devices. The results show that the photosensitivity of TiOPc treated with o-dichlorobenzene/water system is higher than those obtained from other systems. In o-dichlorobenzene/water system, the condition of the optimal photosensitivity of TiOPc are treating temperature 60–80 °C, treating time 12 h and the drying method is heating in vacuum.
