Abstract
⺠A porous silicon based device is proposed to perform conversion of RZ-NRZ. ⺠Optical properties including ER, Q-factor, and BER are discussed. ⺠High quality conversion can be carried out by choosing the system parameters. ⺠The results obtained should open a potential application for porous silicon.
