Abstract
⺠Epitaxial distributed Bragg reflector and microcavity lattice matched to MgTe. ⺠Tuning of the bandgap and refractive index of the (Cd,Zn,Mg)Te layers with constant lattice parameter. ⺠High quality distributed Bragg reflector with reflectivity above 95%. ⺠Enhancement of the quantum well photoluminescence in resonance with the cavity mode.
