Abstract
► We propose polymorphism control by local supersaturation regions near minute-bubbles. ► Bubble injection and minimizing bubble size expand the generation region of β-form. ► Minimizing bubble size reduces bulk supersaturation necessary for β-form generation. ► Minute-bubble injection inhibits remarkably the transformation from β-form to α-form. ► Glycine polymorphs are controllable by varying bubble size and methanol volume ratio.
