Abstract
⺠Analyze the composition from InGaAsN QWs X-ray diffraction rocking curve. ⺠Applied InGaAsN QWs as absorption layer in 1-eV single junction solar cell. ⺠Absorption wavelength band edge increases with nitrogen incorporation. ⺠The hybrid QWs structures further improve MQW solar cell performance.
