Abstract
⺠GaS microtube arrays fabricated on Ga metal surface by a self catalytic vapor deposition process. ⺠Growth of GaS nano and microstructures followed its intrinsic layered crystal structure. ⺠Initially GaS banana-leaf like structures formed that split into thin flakes. ⺠Final realization of microtubes happened by scroll-like rolling of the flakes.
