Abstract
⺠Li7V0.5Mn0.5N4 as a cathode material of Li secondary battery. ⺠Growth by the direct reaction between Li3N, VN and Mn in N2 at 973 K. ⺠Paramagnetic due to the partially occupied Mn-3d related band.
