Abstract
⺠Fabrication of epitaxial (001) BiFeO3 thin films having the tetragonally stained structure with a c/a ratio of about 1.04 on single crystalline (100) Rh substrates. ⺠The BiFeO3 thin film showed a high remanent polarization (Pr) of about 91 μC/cm2. ⺠The enhanced remanent polarization due to the large stripe domain structure that originated from the high domain wall energy.
