Abstract
⺠Well-aligned ZnO nanocone arrays were grown on FTO substrate. ⺠Growth orientation of the ZnO nanocones was guided by the ordered ZnO nanorods preformed on FTO. ⺠Strong light-trapping effect was revealed for the well-aligned ZnO nanocone arrays.
