Abstract
⺠Iron sulfide thin films were deposited from dialkyldithiocarbamate complexes. ⺠Deposition of iron sulfide thin films was carried out by the AACVD method. ⺠Unsymmetrical complexes produced pyrite as the dominant phase. ⺠Symmetrical complexes produced pyrrhotite.
