Abstract
⺠SnO2-SiO2 core-shell microcables were grown on Si substrate via vapor phase method. ⺠The microcables were studied by SEM-EDX, TEM-SAD, XRD, UV-vis and Raman spectroscopies. ⺠A possible growth mechanism of the microcables was proposed.
