Abstract
⺠Alkali could tune phases of Ni2+ doped In2O3 nanomaterials. Ni2+ doped InOOH, Ni2+ doped In2O3 and mixed phases of them could be easily controlled by slightly changing the alkali concentrations. ⺠Alkali could control morphologies of Ni2+ doped In2O3. Various morphologies, including 0-D nanospheres, nanocubes and 1-D nanoneedles, and monopod or bipod nanorods could be easily tuned by slightly changing alkaline concentrations and alkaline sources. ⺠Ni2+ doping obviously changed the infrared, luminescence and magnetic properties of host matrices In2O3.
