Abstract
Single crystals of cadmium thiourea acetate (CTA) were grown by slow evaporation solution growth technique. The spectral properties of the crystals were studied by FTIR, FT-Raman and factoral group analyses. The structural perfection and growth features of the grown crystals were analysed by high-resolution X-ray diffraction (HRXRD) and wet chemical etching studies, respectively. The dielectric measurements were made both as function of frequency and temperature.
